Norvex Horizon is a UK-based logistics and transport consultancy. We work with people who want to start a logistics or transport company, and with owners who already have one and want to grow it, run it better, or save money.
When you're in the business every day, it's easy to miss things that quietly cost you money or slow you down. We come in from the outside, take an honest look at how things are working, and give straight advice on what to keep, what to change and how to do it.
We can also roll up our sleeves and help — rebuilding your processes, finding and managing the right suppliers, and even handling your sales calls, marketing and meeting setup with prospects on your behalf.
Our in-house sales team works like part of your company. We speak to prospects, set up meetings and bring them in as customers. We also keep in touch with your existing accounts, look for new opportunities and try to get more business from them.
Through our large global network, we can match you with the best and most cost-effective supplier for exactly what you need — whether that is UK or European road freight, air and sea freight, rail freight, or warehousing. We do not carry out the work ourselves. Instead, we act as the link between you and the right supplier. The supplier bills you directly for the service, and we bill you a separate agreed fee or percentage. Every cost is discussed and agreed with you before any job is booked, so there are no surprises.
